Cancellation
By purchasing at FUSIONworld.com/fusion.dk/fusionworld.de you have a full return, and thus also the opportunity to get the money back for a full 30 days, from the date of purchase. Remember, however, that products with print cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of withdrawal can be used without giving any reason.

Products with print cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of return is waived at the time when FUSION ApS starts printing the product, cf. the Consumer Agreement Act, section 18 (2). Third


Packaging and condition of the item when you return it
If the item is not returned in the same condition or quantity as received, we may have to claim compensation up to 100%; this will be calculated on an individual basis.

Of course, you will receive back the amount you paid us
If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or in your bank account. This is within 7 days when we have received the item return and checked that it complies with the rules for the cancellation. Only cost when you regret is the postage to return the item to us.

What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. It is not a requirement, but the expedition goes faster if you fill out our form on the invoice. Please note that we do not receive parcels sent by mail. COD.

complaints
Of course, when you shop at FUSIONworld.com you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.

Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

Complaints will be processed on an individual basis and we will endeavor to answer all complaints within 24 hours of receipt of the item in our warehouse.

How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within 60 days of discovering the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. However, you must stop using the product when a complaint is found, as it is otherwise not possible for us to assess the case correctly.

We reimburse reasonable shipping costs for legitimate complaints

When returning the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please note that we do not receive parcels sent by mail. claims or similar. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Defects
Reservations are made for typing or typing errors, in connection with the goods and prices on this site, as well as sold out and discontinued goods and sizes.

In case of discrepancies and disputes, Danish law shall apply.
